I help mums feel stronger than ever.

I work across Greenwich and Blackheath to help mums find time for themselves, build confidence in the gym and better understand their bodies.

A lot changes when you become a mum. Your time is not your own, sleep can't be taken for granted, your living space is disrupted and the laundry basket takes on a life of its own.

 

The changes to your body might feel obvious; after all, you just grew a baby. But it is often the subtle changes - the positioning of the pelvis, the stretching of the abdominals, the rounding of the shoulders - that cause the biggest impact to how you feel and how you recover postpartum.

Despite all the body-positive messaging you might still feel the pressure to 'get your body back'. Nutrition, activity levels, feeding and genetics will all play a part in how your body readapts after pregnancy - but chances are it will never be quite the same. And nor should it be!​

As mums, we have a unique opportunity to get to know our bodies better than ever - and come back stronger than ever.

Hi!

I'm Hannah.

I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer and certified CES Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I also hold an additional specialist qualification in Ante/Postnatal Fitness.

 

I have a 5-year old daughter and a very loud ginger cat. I started my fitness career teaching Bodypump classes in China and now support and empower mums in and around Greenwich through individual coaching and small group postnatal strength and conditioning classes.

Personalised, flexible and targeted.

Standard plan

  • Free 30min initial consultation with no purchase obligation.

  • Personalised plan tailored to your individual requirements.

  • Goal setting and regular reviews to keep you on track.

  • Modifications provided to exercise with or without baby.

  • Pelvic floor and core exercises included.

  • Workout from your own home or come into the studio.

  • Nutritional advice and weekly workout schedule provided.

Flexible plan

  • ALL BENEFITS from the Standard plan plus:

  • 25 minutes extra time if required for disruption or delay to the session.

  • Reduced late-cancellation fees.

Mum+ (Small group PT)

6 or 12-week strength and conditioning programme run from a private studio at Gather Training. Sessions run twice a week during term time.

With only 4 mums in a class, receive individual attention alongside the social and financial benefits of working out in a group. 

Bring your little one with you! Babies welcome from 2-12 months of age. Designated space for prams and plenty of mats, toys and bouncers provided.

The progressive programming combined with expert guidance helps you build functional strength and confidence safely and at your own pace.
