And You
For me, exercise is both a joy and a necessity. Parenting can be as challenging as it is rewarding, and I truly believe in putting on your own oxygen mask first - looking after yourself so that you can better look after your family.

After I had my daughter, I struggled with anxiety, guilt and feelings of futility. It took me six months to realise something wasn't right, and another six months to feel like I could start to embrace motherhood. Exercise was a lifeline while I sought help and it allowed me to feel calmer and more in control, at least some of the time.
I've always loved exercise, from cross country and hurdles at school to countless sports and military fitness sessions through the University Air Squadron. I discovered weight training when preparing for my wedding, learned how to coach fitness classes in Chinese, played rugby all over China and completed my first (and probably last) half Ironman in Taiwan. But it was having a baby that taught me the most about my body.

Through the PCES certification process I finally understood and acknowledged the areas of my body that had shifted and weakened during pregnancy and were still causing me issues years later despite hundreds of workouts. Having now retrained my own core and pelvic floor I want to help you do the same.
I would love to help you find comfort and confidence in fitness - perhaps for the first time or perhaps because you lost it somewhere along the way. Everybody and every body is unique, with our own preferences, goals and habits. Our bodies go through a lot during pregnancy and childbirth - but there are so many things we can do to realign and restore function so you don't need to live in pain or discomfort.
