Small group PT for mums and babies

MUM+

Mum+ is a postnatal strength and conditioning programme run in 6-week blocks.

We train in a private studio in Greenwich, building intensity as you gain strength.

Sessions run twice a week during term time.

Small groups

With only 4 mums in a class, receive individual attention alongside the social and financial benefits of working out in a group. 

Baby friendly

Bring your little one with you! Babies welcome from 2-12 months of age. Designated space for prams and plenty of mats, toys and bouncers provided.

Strength and conditioning

The progressive programming combined with expert guidance helps you build functional strength and confidence safely and at your own pace.
